When I’m failing school and my family asks me why and I’m just like, “Oh I don’t know, maybe it’s the depression, or the cutting, or the eating disorder, or the suicidal thoughts, or the headaches, or the vomitting, or the drinking.”

And they’re just like, “No you’re just lazy, work harder.”

Someday I’ll be better and you’ll love me. 

Someday you’ll see how good I’ve become.

Someday you’ll smile because you see how far I’ve come.

Someday you’ll love me the way you pretend to now.
